From your plugin Back Office , in account configuration: If the "Request for 3DSECURE Exemption" field is present, then you have the right version of plugin, no action is required.
If this field is missing, an update of your plugin is required.

Direct integration
From your Axepta Back Office, open the detailed view of CB,Visa,Mastercard operation by clicking on the Merchant reference number:
The 3-D Version (Directory Server) line is present, which means that your shop offers 3DSV2, so no action is required.
The 3-D version (directory server) line is missing, which means that your shop does not offer the 3DSV2 payment, so you have to upgrade to 3DSV2.
