Identify your 3D Secure version

Your Axepta Online payment solution is implemented via

Axepta Plugin : Prestashop/Magento/Woocommerce

In your plugin Back Office, in Configuration du compte :
If the "Demande d'exemption 3DSecure" field is present, it means that you are compliant with 3DSV2 so no action is required.

If this field is not there, an update of your plugin is required.

Direct integration

In your Axepta Back Office, open the detailed view of a card transaction.

The 3-D Version (Directory Server) field is present, which means that your shop is compliant with 3DSV2, so no action is required.

The 3-D version (directory server) field is missing, this means that your shop is not compliant with 3DSV2 payment, so you have to upgrade to 3DSV2.
