Test modes


Several test modes are available

Each test mode has a specifique use :

  • BNP_DEMO_AXEPTA allow to test your technical integration for AXEPTA BNP Paribas solution and test authentication response codes
  • BNP_XXXXX_t shop allow to test your technical integration and test authorization response codes
  • The 'Simulation' mode allow to test real response from authorisation server

Testing


MID

Axepta Online provides a Demo MID for 3DSV2 testing and validate technical integration - for further details : ​3DSV2 Test environment

Once the onboarding on Axepta payment solution is done, the merchant receives a test ID (MID test - BNP_XXXXXXXXXX_t) used to perform tests and a production MID. This mode only allows testing on authorizations (no authentication).

According to the tests needs, several kind of test cards are available :



Switch to live mode


In order to carry do real transactions in production (authorization, remittance, settlement), the merchant must use his production MID supplied once onboarding is done.
