The Time-out error is usually caused by the structure of your activation key
Explanation
Your activation key must have 3 parts :
- Way of payment : trigrams separated by « ; » (see table below item 4)
- Currencies : trigrams separated by « ; » (see table below item 4)
- Random key : comprising a combination of random numbers & letters
Here is an example of a key :

- CVM : Represents the trigram of the CB, VISA, MC (French platform) payment methods
- EUR : represents the currency EURO
- And finally the randomly generated key
Attention particulière
An activation key should not contain a space between the trigram line and the key line, but rather a line break. Please copy and paste the key as it is.
