New IP range Axepta Online


In order to guarantee the quality of our services and improve our performance, we inform you of a change in the IP address range of Axepta BNP Paribas On Line solution.

  • Monday 15/11/2021 between 00:00 am and 08:00 am


Evolution

  • New IP address range for Axepta On Line


Scope

  • All AXEPTA URLs (payment, notification, Back-Office, sFTP...) remain the same and this will not affect your operations.

  • We advise you to transmit this information to your IT department, web partner or developer.


You have to do something only if :

  • Your server is hosted behind a firewall : it is necessary to ensure that the new IP address range of Axepta On Line solution is authorized / whitelisted.
  • You connect to an Axepta sFTP using the current IP address instead of the URL: you need to use the new IP address range.


Technical information

  • The new IP address range will apply to all Axepta Online URLs
  • New range : 213.155.65.64/26


The old IP range : 91.202.48.128/26 will no longer be available from 15/11/2021
