From In your Axepta Axepta Back Office, open the detailed view of CB,Visa,Mastercard operation by clicking on the Merchant reference numbera card transaction.
The 3-D Version (Directory Server) field is present, which means that your shop offers is compliant with 3DSV2, so no action is required.
The 3-D version (directory server) field is missing, which this means that your shop does is not offer the compliant with 3DSV2 payment, so you have to upgrade to 3DSV2.
