La page de confirmation inclut le logo du marchand, les détails du paiement (méthode, montant, devise, etc.), et des informations spécifiques comme le numéro de référence et l'identifiant de la transaction.



Mail de Confirmation de Paiement

Pour une expérience client complète, nous envoyons automatiquement un mail de confirmation de paiement :

  • Contenu dynamique : Le mail inclut les détails du paiement, des informations spécifiques comme la méthode de paiement, le montant, la devise, et l'identifiant de la transaction.
  • Envoi Automatique : Le mail est envoyé immédiatement après la confirmation du paiement, assurant une traçabilité et une transparence totale pour le client.
  • Copie Cachée (CCI/BCC) : Vous pouvez configurer des adresses email en copie cachée pour suivre les transactions sans alourdir la boîte de réception du client (lors de la configuration de votre boutique)
