The Time-out error is usually caused by :

• The structure or the format of the HMAC key
• The structure or the format of the Blowfish key
• The structure of your activation key.

Explanation

Your activation key must have 3 parts :

1. Way of payment : trigrams separated by « ; »
2. Currencies : trigrams separated by « ; »
3. Random key : combination of random numbers & letters

Here is an example of a key :

• CVM : Represents the trigram of the CB, VISA, MC (French platform) payment methods
  
• EUR : represents the currency EURO
  
• And finally the randomly generated key

The HMAC key has 32 characters and is composed of numbers, letters and special characters.

The key must not contain any space, be sure to check the last character of your key.

The blowfish key has 32 characters and is composed of numbers, letters and special characters.
